The first WebQuest model was designed by Bernie Dodge at San Diego State University in 1995. WebQuests are based on constructivist approaches to learning and the rationale behind is to involve learners in a challenging and interactive way as they make good use of Internet-based resources.

It Worked For Me!—Ana Lucía Caprile
I would like to share my experience with Public Speaking. The first step in "Public Speaking" was a real success. I started with the students that could speak more easily so that they volunteered to speak. This gave the others the confidence to volunteer as well. At the beginning students were very cautious, listening to the student who was presenting. They didn’t talk or interrupt at all. Using Contrastive Grammar in the Language Classroom
One activity I use at the end of a writing term is called a contrastive grammar writing activitiy. First, I ask students to think about some aspect of grammar in their native language that is different from English. This might be how verbs are used, or the word order. Next, I ask students to write down some examples on these differences. In Spanish, there are many, from very simple ones like "uno libro largo" (a long book) to more complicated ones. Your description can include any number of subjects of interest to teachers at all levels.
You might divide this into: 1- A description of the activity 2- How it worked in the classroom 3 - Some practical ideas 4 - Concluding thoughts
